Part joy-infested pop culture fever dream, part mental illness nap, TO GET THERE…YOU MUST UNDERGO… A RADICAL TRANSFORMATION… is a show about a clown idiot who, at the head of a year-long depression, falls asleep watching The Wizard of Oz during that scene where Dorothy falls asleep in the poppy fields. Stuck inside a twisted version of Oz, the clown must confront all the things she thinks might get her to the other side of her misery. Can she get back to herself or is it finally time to conjure a totally new clown for some great reemergence? How can you ever know? A show about being both the disoriented loser and the wizard.
